Services
New Identity Card Issuance
This service enables the customer to obtain a new Identity Card for the first time
Issue Replacement for lost \ damaged ID Card
This service allows the customer to apply for the issuance of a new Identity Card as a replacement for a lost or damaged card, with the new card issued for the same validity period as the original card.
Data Update
A service whereby non-essential data, namely phone number, email and address is updated.
Identity Card Renewal
A service that allows the renewal of the Emirates ID card if it has expired, or if less than one year remains before its expiry for UAE nationals, and less than six months remains before its expiry for non-UAE nationals
Request for Exemption from Delay Fees
A service through which an exemption from administrative delay fees associated with the ID card is requested, according to the approved exemption decisions.
Issue New Passport
This service enables UAE nationals to obtain a new passport for the first time.
Renewal Passport
This service enables citizens to renew their passport if it has expired or has less than one year remaining before expiry
Replacement of passport
Replace passport of UAE national due to the change of some personal details, replace a passport due to full pages
Issue Replacement of Damaged Passport
This service allows UAE nationals to request the issuance of a new passport as a replacement for a lost or damaged one.
Renew Passports of UAE Nationals Abroad
This service enables citizens residing outside the country to renew their passport if it has expired or if less than one year remains before its expiry.
Issue Family Data
This service allows the issuance of a new statistical record for the customer, including family data.
Amend Family Data
This service allows for the amendment of the statistical record and the updating of family data, to include necessary changes such as adding a wife, adding a newborn, recording a death, or registering a divorce, among other updates in accordance with the approved regulations
Issuing Residency Permit
The service enables the issuance of a new residence permit linked to an Emirates ID card application.
Renewal of residency permits
The service enables the renewal of a new residence permit linked to an Emirates ID card application.
Amendment of Residency Permit Data
It is a service through which residence permit data is modified.
Cancellation of residency permits
It is a service whereby the issued residence permit is cancelled
Issuance of a Permit to Stay Outside the Country for More Than 6 Months
Issuance of a permit for residents staying outside the UAE for more than six (6) months, subject to providing a valid reason.
Residence details report.
A service through which a report containing the residence details and file information is printed.
Issuance of a Visa
A service whereby an entry permit is issued for a specific period, either for tourism, visit, or treatment, or to complete the procedures for issuing a work residency or residence for family members.
Amendment of Visa Data
It is a service whereby a request is made to amend an entry permit issued by the authority
Visa Extension
Extend entry permit is a service through which the entry permit is extended for the categories that are eligible for the extension
Issuance of a Residence Visa for an Investor in Public Investments
A service through which a visa is issued for investors in general investments to complete the procedures for obtaining the Golden Residency for a period of 10 years.
Entry Permit Issuance for Real Estate Investor Residency
A service through which a visa is issued for real estate investors to complete the procedures for obtaining the Golden Residency for a period of 10 years.
Issuance of a Residence Visa for an Entrepreneur
A service through which a visa is issued for entrepreneurs to complete the procedures for obtaining the Golden Residency for a period of 10 year
Issuance of a Residence Visa for Individuals with Specialized Talents
A service through which a visa is issued for exceptional talents to complete the procedures for obtaining the Golden Residence for a period of ten (10) years.
Issuing an Establishment Card
This service allows the issuance of the electronic establishment card, which includes the registered establishment data such as trade name, license number, partners, and type of activity.
Renewal of Establishment Card
This service allows the renewal of the electronic establishment card, which reflects the registered establishment data.
Cancellation of Establishment Card
A service through which the card of government and private establishments operating in free zones is cancelled.
Amend/Add To Establishment Card
This service allows the amendment of establishment card data for government entities, private sector companies, and free zone establishments, to make changes such as modifying the trade name, transfer of ownership, or adding/removing a partner.
