  • Commercial License Cancellation First
  • Complete the necessary procedures to fulfill the application requirements (in case the application is returned for modification).
  • Payment of all fines and clearance of workers are required.

Service fees

  • Application Fees - 200 AED
  • Fees for Smart Services - 100 AED
  • Cancellation of Establishment Electronic System Subscription – Application Fee - 50 AED

List of Required Documents for Service

  • Trade License
  • A copy of the canceled commercial license for the private sector.
  • Any requirements issued by the local government authorities (depending on the emirate in which the establishment is registered).
