Terms and Conditions

  • The passport is issued for a period of ten years for citizens aged 21 years and above, and for a period of five years for those under 21 years of age.
  • The personal photograph must comply with the standards approved by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
  • It is required that the customer be registered in the family records prior to applying for the service.

Service fees

  • Application fees - 10 AED
  • Fees for Issuing a new Passport for 5 years - 40 AED
  • Fees for Issuing a new Passport for 10 years - 90 AED
  • Delivery Fees - 15 AED
