About this service

This service allows the amendment of establishment card data for government entities, private sector companies, and free zone establishments, to make changes such as modifying the trade name, transfer of ownership, or adding/removing a partner.

Terms and Conditions

  • Payment of fines and clearance of workers is required
  • Complete the necessary procedures to fulfill the application requirements (in case the application is returned for modification).

  • Application Fees - 100 AED
  • Fees for Smart Services - 100 AED

List of Required Documents for Service

  • Trade License
  • Other
  • Commercial license, and for limited liability companies, include the license specifying the partners involved.
  • Preliminary approval in case of adding a partner or changing the activity.
  • Letter of signature authorization.
  • Copy of power of attorney if authorizing another person.
  • Documents required to obtain the service (private institutions and those operating in free zones - national companies benefiting from the Small Projects Support Program):
  • Governmental institutions A copy of the latest federal/local decree.
  • Governmental institutions A letter from the authorized person addressed to the ICP requesting amendments to the establishment file.
