How to register as a vendor on MOF portal
To register on any of Authority tenders, you must be a registered vendor on MOF portal. You can do that by clicking on the link.
How to get the SOW/BRD document for any tender:-
For some tenders you might need to pay a fee for the SOW/BRD documents while for others it might be free. This can be knows once you try to download the document as the system will alert you.
How to bid and submit technical / financial quotations:-
Once you are registered on MOF portal as a vender, you can upload your technical and financial offers on MOF website using your user name and password given by MOF. No manual submitting is accepted.
