Terms and Conditions
- Passport valid for no less than 6 months
- The residence duration is determined by the study program, and the student is allowed to remain in the UAE for 180 days after the completion of the study period.
- A fine of AED 50 will be imposed for each day of overstay inside the UAE after the entry permit has expired or been cancelled, starting from the day following the end of the grace period applicable to the specific type of entry permit.
- It is required that the foreigner’s stay in the UAE does not exceed sixty (60) days from the date of entry for the purpose of completing the residence issuance procedures. If the residence permit is not finalized within this period, the applicable overstay fines will be imposed on the applicant.

- The service period prior to retirement must not be less than 15 years, whether inside or outside the UAE, or the individual must have reached the age of 55 years.

- The investor’s contribution to the company must not be less than AED 1,000,000 in cash or its equivalent in foreign currencies, whether at the time of establishing the company or when contributing to an existing company.
- If the investment or company capital consists of in-kind contributions or tangible or intangible assets, the Ministry of Economy shall evaluate these shares to verify compliance with the minimum contribution requirement.
- For the foreign investor to maintain and renew residency, they must continue to meet all conditions stated in this article and must notify the issuing authority if any of these conditions are no longer met.
