About this service

This service allows the issuance of the electronic establishment card, which includes the registered establishment data such as trade name, license number, partners, and type of activity.

Terms and Conditions

  • Valid Trade License
  • Complete the necessary procedures to fulfill the application requirements (in case the application is returned for modification).
  • Use of the Emirates ID for the authorized signatories
  • Complete the necessary procedures to fulfill the application requirements (in case the application is returned for modification).

Service fees

  • Application Fees - 100 AED
  • Issuance Fees per Year - 100 AED
  • Smart Services Fees - 100 AED

List of Required Documents for Service

  • Other
  • A copy of the decree (federal/local) establishing the government entity
  • A copy of the resolution forming the Board of Directors
  • Official letter to the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security requesting file opening, signed by the Chairman or authorized representative.
  • Signature authorization letter for the authorized signatories
  • Trade License
  • Other
  • The trade license. In the case of a Limited Liability Company (LLC), a copy of the license indicating the relevant stakeholders must be attached.
  • Signature Authorization Letter
  • Memorandum of Association (MoA) in case of partnership
  • A letter from the Small Enterprises Support Program (for national companies benefiting from the program)
