ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Ras Al Khaimah briefed a delegation from the Public Prosecution in the Emirate on the experience of the Authority in participating in the UAE Government Excellence Program and the world star rating system (7 stars), which is adopted by the government.
This came during the visit of the delegation of RAKPP to Ras Al Khaimah Center, which received a 5-star rating in the third cycle of the world system of stars of services evaluation 2018.
The delegation included consultant Mohamed Obaid Al Mannai, Sheikha Ali Al Shehhi, Muza Al Misafri, Amina Al Blooshi, and Khulood Al Shehhi.
Ismail Al Blooshi, Director of the Center, presented to the delegation an overview of the participation in the world star rating system for services, the development of channels of service delivery, and linking that to upgrading the services provided to the customers and achieving their satisfaction.
The center’s supervisor, Khadija Al-Taniji, reviewed the pillars of customer experience, human resources, and technology.
Amal Qassim, the Senior Specialist of corporate excellence, presented to the delegation an explanation of the two pillars of services, efficiency of services, and creativity.
