H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, has affirmed that the move taken by the Higher Management at the Emirates Identity Authority to honor distinguished employees by activating the incentive and promotion systems and keeping contracted employees in the grades they deserve stems from the responsibility shouldered by the Higher Management towards the Emirates Identity Authority’s family.

While receiving a delegation of woman employees from the Ras Al Khaimah Registration Center who had lately been approved as regular workers of the Emirates Identity Authority, Al Khouri called on the Emirates Identity Authority’s family members to double efforts, keep up the good work and continue to discharge their duties most efficiently to serve their country and society.

The Emirates Identity Authority would continue to look after, support and encourage its national cadres through a set of initiatives to be announced later on and aimed at crystallizing their experiences and developing their skills, he said.

As a gesture of appreciation and loyalty to the management of the Emirates Identity Authority, the delegation affirmed that the attention paid to employees by the High Management as well as its keenness on treating them equally would contribute to encouraging them and extremely boosting their morale.
