A delegation from the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP), represented by the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Ras Al Khaimah, conducted a field visit to the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) on Tuesday, 30 June 2026, to explore leading practices and distinguished experiences in institutional excellence and service development. The visit forms part of ICP’s commitment to strengthening knowledge exchange and learning from pioneering institutional experiences.
The visit included an introductory tour and a series of meetings with specialists from DEWA, during which the delegation reviewed a number of innovative initiatives and projects, service development methodologies, and best practices in digital transformation, operational efficiency, and customer experience enhancement.
Both parties underscored the importance of such visits in strengthening institutional collaboration and facilitating the exchange of knowledge and expertise. They noted that these engagements contribute to the adoption of leading practices and the continuous enhancement of government services, in line with the UAE Government’s vision of promoting excellence, innovation, and sustainable development.
