The council aimed to discuss the key challenges and observations raised by customers, particularly those related to the Personal Data Update service and the Work Package. The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Ajman emphasised the importance of involving customers in service design, recognising them as ICP’s partners in continuous development, and translating their feedback into effective initiatives and solutions. These efforts contribute to enhancing the quality of the customer experience, supporting innovation and further advancing ICP’s service ecosystem.
