ICA informs a delegation from the Ministry of Health and Prevention on its best practices in the field of managing relationships with the strategic partners.

This marked ICA receipt of the Ministry’s delegation. During the meeting, the best means for enhancing cooperation between both parties were discussed to exchange experiences and knowledge in the field of managing relationships with strategic partners.

Major Jamal Al-Khateri, Director of the Strategy and Future Department in ICA, in the presence of Abdul Aziz Al-Maamari, Director of the Government Communications, explained to the delegation the importance of managing the relationship with partners and its impact on the strategic planning of institutions. He further reviewed a number of partnerships, which contribute to achieving ICA’s endeavors to implement its projects, especially with the ministries and federal and local authorities, as well as a number of private sector companies in the State.

Khawla Al Tayer, Director of the Strategy and Future Department at the General Directorate of Identity, said: “ICA’s ongoing strive to strengthen and develop the relationship with the strategic partners to ensure the customers’ happiness and provide them with the best services, with a view to increasing their satisfaction with ICA and its partners. Quality, mechanism of relationship management with partners in the Commission, and the procedures used to develop and improve them. Saif Al Dhahiri, the administrator of operations and quality, reviewed the mechanism of managing relationships with partners in ICA and the procedures adopted to develop and improve them.

Kholoud Al-Obaidli, Head of the Community Partnerships and Initiatives department at the Ministry of Health and Prevention, reviewed the guide of the procedures of dealing with partners in the ministry, and the partners’ matrix and their approved ratings. She further pointed out the importance of strengthening relationships among partners and activating cooperation with them. This in turn achieves mutual benefit and adds value to both parties.

The event witnessed the presence of Wedad Ahmed Bou Humaid, Director of Government Communication Department from the Ministry, and Noura Al-Sokatri, Executive officer of the Corporate Performance Department.
