ICP Participates in Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition 2026

The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security, represented by the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Ajman, participated in the fourth edition of the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition, organised by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation from 14 to 17 September 2026 at Emirates Hospitality Hall in Ajman, under the patronage and directives of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman.

The exhibition was inaugurated by His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, in the presence and with the participation of H.E. Major General Ahmed Ibrahim Al Mannai, Executive Director of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Ajman. Following the inauguration, H.E. Al Mannai reviewed the key exhibits, initiatives, digital services, and innovative solutions presented to visitors and investors.

The Directorate also participated on the second day of the exhibition in a specialized panel discussion entitled “Own in Ajman Package.” During the session, representatives of the Directorate and the relevant entities highlighted the principal facilities and streamlined procedures associated with the “Own” Package, while outlining its pivotal role in supporting investors and facilitating the real estate ownership and investment journey in the Emirate of Ajman.

The Federal Authority’s participation in the exhibition aims to showcase its services and the facilities it provides, while further strengthening institutional integration and coordination with the participating entities in support of a competitive and attractive investment environment in the Emirate.
