With the Participation of the Children of ICA’s Employees

Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship organized a celebration of the Emirati Children’s Day, with the participation of the children of ICA’s employees. This marks the initiative targeting the community awareness-raising towards children’s rights, primarily their right to live in a healthy, safe, and supportive environment and overcoming the difficulties that prevent them from properly upbringing children.

This celebration was attended by Nasser Al Marzoui, ICA’s Executive Director, along with a number of ICA’s directors of departments, heads of sections, and employees. It included planting the Mesquite Tree, which was identified by the State as a logo for the Year of Tolerance, in the garden of the ICA’s Headquarters in Khalifa City. During the celebration, a number of entertainment events were organized to make the participating children happy.

ICA’s employees accompanied their children in a tour at its Customer Happiness Center in Khalifa City. They were given a simple explanation on the work procedures in the Center’s different departments, customers’ registration mechanism in the Population register as well as an ID card to introduce them to the work procedures and encourage them to work and assume responsibilities.

In addition, the children visited ICA’s Innovation and Creativity Center, where they listened to a brief on the Center, its departments and halls, as well as its facilities and equipment, which provide a suitable environment for the visitors to think out of the box, with a view to generating unique and innovative ideas. This in turn would ultimately contribute to developing performance to the highest levels.
