Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship announced the re-opening of FAIC’s customer happiness center in Al Dhaid, after closing it to be redesigned to comply with the Emirates Programme for Excellence in Government Services standards and provide more value-added services.
The Customer Happiness Center, located in Al Dhaid City, Sharjah, operates during the official working hours from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm and provides registration, renewal and replacement services of Emirates ID for all categories of customers through 9 registration stations, including 6 for men and 3 for women and a capacity of up to 250 customers per day.
FAIC closed the customer happiness center temporarily since the beginning of last January to develop it and add more facilities to it, in order to increase the completion rates of transactions and shorten the length of time taken to issue the Emirates ID card, which reflects positively on the level of services provided to customers and contribute to their happiness and satisfaction.
FAIC invited its customers to communicate with it when needed through its own channels of communication, whether through the call center on (600530003), which operates 24/7, or through its pages on the social networking sites “Facebook” and “Twitter”, or Via the live chat service “Ask Hamad”, which is available on the FAIC’s website, as well as the customer happiness centers located all over the emirates.
FAIC pointed out that its customers and the public can obtain the addresses of the Customer Happiness Centers and Offices all over the state, as well as reaching it through “Google Maps”, through its website (www.id.gov.ae) (FAIC Customer Happiness Centers) on the Homepage of the website, and to know the waiting time in each center and the nearest to the location of the customer and the time it takes to reach it.
