Director General Inspects Residency Department and Customer Happiness Center – Al Ain

His Excellency Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Director General of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security, conducted an inspection visit on Wednesday, 12 August 2026, to the Residency and Foreigners Affairs Department – Al Ain and the Customer Happiness Center – Al Ain. The visit forms part of the Authority’s approach to maintaining continuous field monitoring of its workplaces, enhancing service quality, and facilitating the customer journey, in line with the Government’s vision of delivering pioneering and sustainable services and achieving Zero Government Bureaucracy.

His Excellency was accompanied during the visit by Brigadier Ahmed bin Mayouf Al Ameri, Acting Director General of Support Services, and Brigadier Murshed Hamad Al Mazrouei, Acting Executive Director of the Population Data Sector. They were received by Brigadier Mohammed Rashid Al Shamsi, Director of the Residency and Foreigners Affairs Department – Al Ain, along with a number of department officials.

During the visit, His Excellency reviewed workflow and the mechanisms for delivering services to citizens and residents. He also met with employees and customers and listened to their views and suggestions, commending the employees for their efforts to provide the highest standards of service.

His Excellency emphasised the importance of delivering high-quality proactive services, developing the work environment, and motivating national talent to keep pace with customers’ expectations, while enhancing institutional performance and achieving the Authority’s strategic targets.
