FAIC announced the opening of a new Customer Happiness Office in the building of General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Fujairah as part of its plan to expand the provision of Customer Happiness Centers and outlets all over the state, access to all categories of Customers in their places of residence and to their nearest points and provide them the best services.
The customer happiness office provides its services to customers during the official working hours from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm from Sunday to Thursday, and provides the service of registering newborns of citizens.
With opening of the new office, the number of FAIC’s Customer Happiness centers and offices all over the state will increase to 59 centers and offices, including 35 centers and offices and 24 centers annexed to preventive medicine centers.
FAIC invited the customers to communicate with them when needed through its communication channels, whether through the call center on (600530003), which is working 24/7, or through social network pages on “Facebook” and “Twitter”, or through (live chat) service available on the website of FAIC, as well as customer happiness centers located all over UAE.
FAIC highlighted that its customers and the public can obtain the addresses of FAIC’s Customer Happiness Centers and Offices all over the state, their phone numbers and geographical location via Google Maps, through its website (www.id.gov.ae) via the Link (FIAC’s Customer Happiness Centers) at the site Homepage.
