The Emirates Identity Authority has held a meeting to review its Quality Management System. The meeting was attended by a number of executive directors, managers and the quality team.
The meeting was briefed on customers’ state of satisfaction and complaints and the mechanism of supporting the internal efforts exerted by the Emirates Identity Authority to increase the satisfaction of customers and solve the problems they face.
Besides, the meeting reviewed the significant projects that are being implemented by the Planning and Quality Department and discussed the most outstanding agenda topics and the most important future recommendations to bolster the employees’ participation, streamline their roles and give free rein to their innovations.
