H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, has called on the directors, supervisors and employees of the Emirates Identity Authority-affiliated registration centers to receive customers with a smile and upgrade their service in the best way so that they will have the best impression about the Emirates Identity Authority.

Al Khouri urged all the Emirates Identity Authority’s staff to exert as strenuous efforts as possible to achieve the aspirations of the UAE prudent leadership, which spares no effort to support the Emirates Identity Authority at all levels. He noted that the upcoming stage would witness a quantum leap in the process of development of the Emirates Identity Authority, which is close to achieving its first strategic objective of registering all the UAE population in the ID card, particularly after the Emirates Identity Authority’s board of directors has set a final time line for the registration of the population.

This was announced during an inspection visit which Al Khouri paid to Al Barsha Registration Cenrter in Dubai by the end of last week. There, he met with the center’s employees and urged them to do their utmost to upgrade customer service and draw a smile on their faces.

Al Khouri also met a number of customers and listened to their comments and feedback as regards the Emirates Identity Authority’s services before he was briefed on their impressions on the standard and quality of the services they had been provided.

Al Khouri stressed the necessity for the center’s employees to exert more efforts with the aim of achieving the Emirates Identity Authority’s strategic objectives as embodied in registering all the UAE population in the population register and ID card while showing keenness in the first place on providing world-class services to customers.

Al Khouri reiterated his praise of the efforts and role of the distinguished employees of the registration centers who are keen on being highly productive and helping customers form the best impression about the Emirates Identity Authority, noting that this reflected through the positive responses he received from the customers he met.
