“EIDA” opening a New Office annexed to the Preventive Medicine Center in “Musaffah”-“Abu Dhabi”

Emirates Identity Authority (“EIDA”) announced the opening of a new office annexed to the Preventive Medicine Center (PMC) in the Musaffah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi, as part of its plan to expand the provision of Customer Happiness Centers and Offices at the state level in order to reach all customers’ categories in their nearest points and to offer them the best services.

EIDA stated that the (Capital- Musaffah) Office located in the Village Mall provides its services to the customers from the category of expatriates (Men) who undergo the medical examination in Capital health Screening Center through two service stations that provide Fingerprinting, photography, and e-signature with a capacity that serves 120 customers per day, from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM on the course f official working days from Sunday to Thursday.

EIDA assured its commitment for continuous development and improvement of services, provided across all of its centers and offices annexed to PMCs to match the its Customer Happiness Centers to enable it to provide the highest quality services to the customers in line with the standards of “Emirates Programme for Excellence in Government Services” as to bring it to (Seven-Star Level), aiming to delight and meet the satisfaction of the customers and to put a smile on their faces.
