Eng. Nasser Al Mazrouei, FAIC’s Executive Director of Customer Happiness Centers Operations Sector inspected the work at FAIC’s Customer Happiness Center annexed to Preventive Medicine Center in Musaffah.
Director of the Customer Happiness Center, Ahmed Al-Khoury, provided explanation to Mr. Al Mazroui about the mechanisms used by the Center to facilitate the provision of services to customers, in order to make the customers happy and achieve the highest levels of satisfaction, in addition to the submitting the most prominent observations and suggestions submitted by the customers, which will develop performance and upgrade it to the best levels.
Al Mazrouei also briefed on the mechanism of applying the automated queue system at the Center, the waiting time of the customers and the time of providing service, and invited thee employees to continue twork in team spirit, enhance the spirit of innovation and double efforts to improve the level of services provided to customers to reach the level of Seven Stars.
