ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Ain has organized a workshop for its employees about “first aid”, in cooperation with the management of the Emergency and Public Safety Department in Al Ain city.
Faris Al Ruwaisi, an Emergency Department team trainer, and Huda Al-Habsi, rescuer, gave a detailed explanation on first aid, how to perform simple reliefs and recovery, stressing the importance of providing necessary medical materials in the workplace and at homes. Participants listened to valuable tips and advice on first aid.
This event marks ICA’s keenness to raise the awareness of its employees of the first aid basics, train them to deal with emergencies, and inform them of how to take appropriate procedures to rescue those injured in different accidents. This in turn mitigates harms and damages caused by accidents and contributes to preserving employees’ and customers’ safety.
