Dr. Emad Al Din Hussein, a writer in Al Roeya Newspaper commended the service system provided by the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, including the Digital ID Project, the Electronic Linking with Government Entities, and the “Excellence Star” system, to honor and encourage the employees of the border crossing stations. This is ultimately to urge the ambassadors of innovation and leadership in providing services to those visiting and leaving the State and making them happy.
In his article published today in Al Roeya Newspaper, he said that the State’s airports and border crossings have become cultural artworks in a gallery that never closes. They are pearls of leadership and innovation whose sparkles overshadow the light of the stars above. This Makes UAE a part of the story of anyone who passes through its airports, checkpoints, or seaports. This truly reflects the words of H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai “I hope that the future government becomes as hospitable as hotels, providing its services for people 24 hours in the day, 7 days in the week and 365 days in the year.”
