Service Information
Conditions for obtaining the service
  • Provide an ID number for the customer.
  • The beneficiary of the service is present in the country
  • To issue a passport to those over the age of 15, the fingerprint and signature on the identity card associated with the customer are required
  • Customers must follow the instructions and requirements sent to them during the course of the transaction in order to avoid canceling the activation of the request.
Service Limitation
  • The beneficiary of the service is present in the country and has been added to the family book.
The time to obtain the service
The passport is issued electronically 48 hours after receiving and accepting the service request that meets the conditions
Service Requirements and Fees
Required Documents Recent personal photos that meet the approved standards

Personal Photo conditions:
• The photo is recent and conforms to the specifications of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
• The background of the image is white
• The hands do not appear above the shoulders
• Eyes open
• The image does not contain a frame
• Image width 40-35 millimeters

Comments 
  • The ID number for newborns is automatically issued after adding the newborn to the family book.
  • The presence of the concerned person is required when issuing a new passport at the Customer Happiness Centers for special cases, with the exception of minor children as the presence of the head of the family or his legal representative is sufficient.
  • For the nationality acquirers category, a link is sent to them to start applying for a new passport issuance request.
  • Customers are exempted from fees in the event of a material error for a reason attributed to the authority when issuing identity cards or passports of citizens
  •  The following cases are exempted from fees:
    • Subject to the Social Security Law.
    • People of determination and autism.
