Terms and Conditions
- The entry visa is valid for 60 days from the date of issuance, and the applicant must enter the country within this period to avoid cancellation of the visa or the need for an extension.
- Valid Health Insurance Policy within the UAE
- Passport valid for no less than 6 months
- A fine of AED 50 will be imposed for each day of overstay inside the UAE after the entry permit has expired or been cancelled, starting from the day following the end of the grace period applicable to the specific type of entry permit.
- The financial guarantee can be refunded by submitting a refund request after the visa is cancelled or after the beneficiary exits the country, provided that the visa is cancelled after the beneficiary’s departure and that no residency violations have been committed.
- It is required that the applicant be classified as skilled labor in professional levels 1–3 by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, or be a graduate of one of the top 500 universities worldwide according to the Ministry of Education, provided that no more than two years have passed since graduation.

List of Required Documents for Service
- Passport
- Personal Photo
- A copy of the personal identification card (Afghanistan / Iran / Iraq).
- A certificate issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation confirming that the beneficiary belongs to the skilled labor category and specifying their professional level.
- A bachelor's degree certificate or its equivalent from the recognized academic qualifications.
- A certificate issued by the Ministry of Education indicating that the university from which the applicant graduated is ranked among the top 500 universities worldwide, along with the duration of their study.
