The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA) showed two delegations from the Municipality and the Department of Economic Development of Umm Al- Quwain the experience of ICA in the Emirates programme for excellence in government services and the world star rating system for services adopted by the Government (7 Stars).
This was during the visit of the two delegations to ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Ras Al-Khaimah, where Ismael Al-Balushi, Director of the Center, summarized ICA strategy 2017-2021, the services provided by ICA’s Customer Happiness Centers to their customers, and the standards adopted in such field. The two supervisors, Fatma Al-Balushi and Khadija Al-Tuneji, showed the mechanisms and practices applied by ICA to make its customers happy, which is also achieved by the excellence achieved in providing services.
The Center organized a tour to the visiting delegations in its different Sections, during which they listened to illustration about the work nature, the registration procedures, the Emirates ID card issuance and other services provided by the Center to make the customers happy.
