The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security held a coordination meeting with the Ministry of Interior as part of the strengthening of mutual cooperation and converging currents efforts in the process of boosting national indicators and discussing initiatives that support common goals, as well as a number of topics related to services provided to customers.
The meeting came in line with the strategic directions of the two sides in light of qualitative integration within the themes of security and safety, happiness of customers, innovation and the development of joint plans in order to achieve optimal performance between both parties.
The meeting, held at the Authority’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi, was attended by Mr. Nasser Ahmed Al Abdouli, Director of Customer Happiness Department at the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security, Major Rashid Mubarak Al Qamzi, Head of Innovation Section at the Ministry of Interior, and several stakeholders from both sides.
