His Excellency Major General Arif Mohammed Al Shamsi, Executive Director of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Sharjah, inspected the service centers and border crossings in the Emirate of Sharjah to review the progress of work and the flexibility of operations and services provided to support the smooth movement of passengers, vehicles and goods.
The visit, during which he was accompanied by Colonel Omar Al Owais, Director of Ports Department and some officers, comes in implementation of the requirements of the periodic plan for leadership supervision of service centers and border crossings. His Excellency Major General Arif Al Shamsi visited the port of Dibba Al-Hisn, the border crossing of Khatm Milaha, the port of Khorfakkan, and the customer happiness centers in Kalba, Al Dhaid and Khorfakkan.
His Excellency was briefed on all the services provided in the service centers. The visit also included honoring some employees for their sincere efforts at work and their relentless endeavor to achieve the Authority’s strategic objectives aimed at achieving customer happiness, facilitating their procedures and completing their transactions in a speedy way.
