H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, has paid an inspection visit to Al Barsha Registration Center in Dubai as part of a program for regular visits made by the Emirates Identity Authority’s Higher Management to the different registration centers across the UAE.
During his inspection tour, Al Khouri was briefed on the progress of work in a project for the development and interior redesign of the Center, which is expected to be completed in the coming three weeks, enabling the Center to be the first to receive customers and applicants in its new and distinguished design.
It is worthwhile that the Emirates Identity Authority started implementing a project for the interior redesign of the permanent registration centers in the last quarter of 2010 in line with its major trend for applying the highest customer service standards of excellence and its keenness to upgrade the services provided to customers.
This project is expected to double the capacity of work of these centers and increase the daily rates of registration in ID cards and population register, not to mention its role in regulating the registration process.
