H.E. Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Director General of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security, held a joint meeting on Thursday, 5 February 2026, on the sidelines of the World Governments Summit 2026, with a number of senior officials. The meeting was attended by H.E. Eng. Majed Sultan Al Mesmar, Director General of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority; Hamad Obaid Al Mansoori, Director General of Dubai Digital Authority; Mohamed bin Taliah, Cheif of Government Services of the UAE Government; Matar Al Hemeiri, CEO of the Digital Government of Dubai; and Mohammad Al Zarooni, Deputy Director General of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority for the Information and Digital Government Sector.
From the Authority’s side, the meeting was attended by H.E. Jumaa Abdullah Al Kaabi, Acting Executive Director of the Digital Transformation Sector, and H.E. Nasser Ahmed Al Abdouli, Acting Executive Director of the Institutional Support Sector.
The meeting discussed ways to strengthen cooperation and strategic partnerships, as well as joint projects between the Authority, the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority, Dubai Digital Authority, and the Government Services Office at the UAE Cabinet. It also addressed mechanisms for developing and enhancing service delivery channels in line with international best practices, with the aim of improving customer experience and reinforcing the UAE Government’s leadership in global government service indicators.
