Sheikh Saif bin Rashid Al Mualla, Chairman of the Department of Economic Development in Umm Al Quwain honored both Naser Al Abdouli, Director of ICA’s Customer Happiness Centers support Department, and Fatma Al Balushi, the Senior Supervisor in ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Ras Al Khaimah, for their efforts and effective contributions within the Department’s support teams partaking in the Global Star Rating System for Services (7 Stars).
Sheikh Saif bin Rashid Al Mualla awarded the honorary shields to the Supervisor, Al Balushi, while hosting her in his office last Wednesday. This was for the effective role undertaken by both ICA’s representatives in the government work-improvement project in the Emirate through their contributions to the engaged team, which included representatives of the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and the Future, representatives of Government of Umm Al Quwain, and some of the top alumni of the UAE Government Leaders Programme and the Government Capacity Building Programme.
