The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security, represented by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs of Ajman, organized this morning, Tuesday (February 21, 2023), an “Innovation Hackathon” at the headquarters of the Ajman Society for Social and Cultural Development, as part of the Authority’s activities during the month of innovation “The Emirates Innovates 2023”.
The hackathon included a review of the system of advanced and proactive services provided by the Authority to female citizens, as well as the Authority’s efforts and initiatives in the field of establishing a culture of innovation and enhancing the practices of the Authority’s departments in this field, and the Authority’s achievements in achieving flexibility, proactivity and readiness in the work environment and managing operational processes, which contributed to raising the level of happiness of customers and improving the quality of life of the members of society.
The workshop also identified the visions, aspirations and suggestions of female citizens to develop the Authority’s smart application so that it meets current and future needs and requirements, and helps to access services easier, faster and with the fewest number of steps.
Several officials from the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs of Ajman, His Excellency the Director General of the Ajman Society for Social and Cultural Development, and many entrepreneurs in the Emirate of Ajman participated in the workshop.
