Quality project outputs linked with Emirates Identity Authority’s strategy

H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, has stressed the necessity for linking the outputs of quality and excellence projects with the Emirates Identity Authority’s strategy so as to be clear in the minds of employees.

Al Khouri said so while chairing the meeting held with the Quality and Planning Department to review and track the progress made in the excellence and internal work methodology development projects at the Emirates Identity Authority.

Al Khouri highlighted the importance of managing all these projects through a unified plan to ensure co-ordinaton and integration among the consultants and c-operating departments for implementation of the different strategic projects, which are divided a project for matching the requirements of Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award and a project for matching with HR investors and development of customer services.

The meeting was attended by Mrs. Khawala Al Tayer, HR Director, Mr. Mohamed Al Harthy, Director of Abu Dhabi Centers, Mr. Saeed Al Junaibi, Quality Manager, Mr. Younes Al Khaja, Acting Director of Purchasing, Mrs. Samia Al Sheikh, Acting Director of Planning, and the members of technical teams for managing sub-projects.
