ICA’s Customer Happiness Center annexed to PMC in Musaffah organized an activity for its employees in interaction with the national reading month launched by the state as part of the National Reading Strategy, which will be held this year under the name “We Read, We Lead”.
The activity, which was supervised by the Director of the Center, Ahmed Al-Khouri, included a reading hour for the staff of the Center, during which they read chapters of the works of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai, including the book titled “Flashes of Thought” and “Reflections on Happiness and Positivity”, in order to motivate them to read and until it becomes a daily habit.
All employees of the Center participated in a brainstorming session aimed at producing useful ideas, suggestions, and creative initiatives about the month of reading, the matter which contributes to encouraging the practice of reading permanently, thus expanding the knowledge and comprehension of employees in various fields of life.
