Sultan Al Sultan Al Dhaheri, Manager of Abu Dhabi Region Centers of the Emirates Identity Authority reviewed the progress of the work in customer happiness Center at Mussaffah of the Authority that annexed to the Preventive Medicine Center.
During the inspection, Al-Dhahiri met with the Center’s staff, manager and a number of customers, and listened to their suggestions and observations with a view to developing and improving the performance and identifying the most important challenges they face.
Al Dhaheri urged the employees of the center to master the work according to the highest levels of quality and excellence, and to provide positive energy and comply with continuous improvement to the level of customer service, to achieve their satisfaction.
