The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security honored the employees of the front lines of customer happiness centers in Ras Al Khaimah and Maamoura for the “Knights of Excellence” award in providing identity and citizenship services for the month of January, in appreciation of their efforts and outstanding performance at work and their contribution to the happiness of customers, which reflects the positive image of the Authority.
Lieutenant Colonel Rashid Saeed Al Dhahouri, Director of Identity and Citizenship Department, honored the First Warrant Officer Sumaya Ismail Hareb for the “Highest Productivity Percentage of Citizenship Transactions” category; and the civilian Mona Ibrahim Muhammad for the “Highest Productivity Percentage of Passport Transactions” category; and the First Warrant Officer Mohammed Ahmed Saleh and the First Warrant Officer Wahez Salem Al-Obed, for the “Highest Productivity Percentage of Transactions Listed via the Internet” category; and the civilian Dalal Saleh Ali, and the civilian Khaled Salem Al-Shehhi and the civilian Amal Muhammad Al-Tunaji for the “Highest Productivity Percentage of Identity Transactions” category.
This honoring came as part of the Authority’s keenness to motivate its members and encourage its human capital, as it is one of the pillars of its journey towards excellence and leadership.
