The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security organized the “Cycling Championship” in cooperation with Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority, as part of the country’s celebrations of the 50th Year.
The championship was held on Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah for a distance of 50 km, in which a group of employees of the Authority from various organizational units participated, along with a large number of community members, to celebrate the fiftieth anniversary and to reflect the vision of the insightful leadership in supporting sports activities and making them a way of life among all segments of society.
This championship took place in a competitive atmosphere, and the Moroccan cyclist Said Abelwash won first place. The Authority, in cooperation with Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority, honored the first winners. The organizers also thanked all participants for their participation and keenness to participate in competitive tournaments and community participations aimed at encouraging the practice of physical sports to maintain good health.
