“Identity and Foreigners Affairs” Holds a Workshop for People of Determination at Ajman University

The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Ajman, at the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security, in cooperation with Ajman University of Science and Technology, organised a workshop on Wednesday, 11 February 2026, at the university campus in Ajman for students of determination, as part of the strategic partnership between the Authority and the University.

The workshop included a presentation by a number of female employees from the Directorate, who shared their experience in government work, highlighted key challenges and required skills, and outlined the stages of their career development, in addition to inspiring success stories and the importance of a supportive work environment in empowering talents and enhancing opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

The workshop witnessed remarkable interaction from the students and contributed to motivating them and strengthening their confidence in their abilities, reflecting the commitment of the Directorate and the Authority to supporting and empowering various segments of society.
