ICP Director General Reviews Operations at Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Abu Dhabi

H.E. Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Director General of the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP), conducted a field visit to the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Abu Dhabi on Tuesday, 21 July 2026, to review operational performance. He was accompanied by H.E. Brigadier Ahmed Mayouf Al Ameri, Acting Director General of Support Services, and was received by H.E. Brigadier Khalfan Butti Al Qubaisi, Executive Director of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Abu Dhabi, together with a number of senior officers and officials.

During the visit, H.E. toured the Customer Happiness Centre at the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Abu Dhabi, as well as the Entry Permits and Residency Department and the Golden Visa Section, where he reviewed operational workflows and the services provided to customers to ensure they continue to be delivered to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

The visit also included the Performance Monitoring Centre, where H.E. was briefed on operational mechanisms and the performance indicators used to monitor service delivery. Throughout the tour, H.E. met with employees and customers, listened to their views and suggestions, and commended employees for their dedication and commitment. He expressed his appreciation for their valuable contributions in supporting ICP and advancing its strategic objectives.
