The Innovation Team of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship in Ras Al Khaimah reviewed a number of ICA’s services, innovations, and achievements via the platform, which was held in interaction with UAE Innovation Month in Al Manar Business Center.
The team in charge of the platform, which was inaugurated by Sheikh Saqr Bin Saud Al Qasimi, president of Al Taawon Club, presented the self-service Kiosk and “Mabrouk Ma Yak” service, through which the Authority issues all the official documents of the newborn citizens (Birth certificate, passport, Emirates ID card, addition in Family Book and in the Population Register) within one package.
During the event, which was attended by a large number of public, university, and school students and delegations from public and private institutions, the visitors listened to an explanation about the services offered by ICA via its Smartphone application.
At the end of the event, Brigadier Sultan Yousuf Al Nuaimi, Executive Director of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ras Al Khaimah, honored the director of Al Manar Business Center for the cooperation and efforts of the Center in making the event a success.
