ICA gifts “Reflections on Happiness and Positivity” Book to its Employees

Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship presents to its employees the book of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, and Ruler of Dubai, titled “Reflections on Happiness and Positivity”. It also distributed copies of the book to its customers who visited its centers, to make them happy, instill these concepts in them, and establish positivity as a value in the Emirati society.
ICA, its departments, and its customer happiness centers all over UAE celebrated the International Day of Happiness. In interaction with such occasion, it organized various events with a view to make its customers and employees happy and to emphasize that UAE will remain the home of happiness for nationals and residents.
ICA stressed that its interaction with this occasion marks its keenness on enhancing the positive energy of its employees to enable them to provide customers with high-quality services. ICA further highlighted the positive impact of happiness and positivity on the work environment, and their vital role in promoting corporate and individual performance, along with their impact on increasing productivity during the working hours. This can be achieved by generating creative ideas and innovating effective means and approaches to overcome obstacles and face challenges.
The events organized by ICA to celebrate this occasion included group breakfasts and distributing simple gifts, decorated with the happiness and positivity mottoes and calling for optimism, to the customers and its workers in fields of guarding and cleaning. It also organized a number of initiatives contributing to promoting cohesion and highlighting noble human values adopted by the State to make happiness a lifestyle for everyone living in the UAE.
