A delegation from the General Directorate of Identity in the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship discussed ways of enhancing cooperation and coordination with the General Department of Forensic Science and Criminology at Dubai Police General HQ, especially in the field of technical matters related to fingerprinting comparisons with identity database.
This came during the visit of ICA’s delegation, headed by fingerprint expert Talal Al Taniji, to the headquarters of the General Department of Forensic Science and Criminology, where he met with the senior expert Lieutenant Colonel Jassem Mohammed Abdullah, the Department Director, who accompanied them in a tour at its sections and briefed them on the mechanism of work in the field of fingerprint examination according to the state-of-the-art devices that owned by Dubai Police and their role in uncovering the crime.
At the end of the visit, Senior expert Lt. Col. Jassim Mohammed Abdullah, honored ICA’s delegation, which included Talal Al Taniji, Hamdan Al Qutbah, and Ali Al Saadi, and granted them the shield of Dubai Police General HQ.
