ICA and the Federal Demographic Council emphasized the importance of the integration in work and harmony in performance among all national institutions and entities concerned with the demographic mix profile, in a way that contributes to achieving the national strategic objectives related to the demographic mix and to achieve the desired balance in this field.
This was during the meeting held between the two sides, where the Council was chaired by his Secretary-General Dr. Saeed Abdulla Abdel Wahid, while ICA was chaired by Major General Saeed Rakan Al-Rashdi, Director General of the General Directorate of Foreigners’ Affairs and Ports.
During the meeting, both sides reviewed the pillars of the national strategy related to the demographic mix and its latest developments, and the main results achieved in this framework in addition to the frameworks of a partnership between them in the field of initiatives, activities, and projects that serve the key objectives of the strategy.
Both sides also discussed many ideas and visions concerning the demographic mix and the mechanisms required to activate coordination between the concerned parties at the local and federal levels, especially with regard to gathering information and data and conducting studies and analysis that serve the relevant decision-making process.
