ICA Acting Director-General Pays an Inspection Visit to the General Directorate for Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ras Al Khaimah

His Excellency Brigadier Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Acting Director-General of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship “ICA” paid an inspection visit to the General Directorate for Residency and Foreigners Affairs “GDRFA” in Ras Al Khaimah. Al Khaili was warmly received by the Executive Director and a number of various department heads.
Al Khaili inspected a set of GDRFA-RAK sections as he was briefed on the latest statistical reports outlining the total number of the completed transactions until 2020 & performance indicators as well as the rate applicable of the services provided through ICA electronic channels and platforms.
Al Khaili further praised the major role played by GDRFA and its employees for facilitating & streamlining the services delivered to the valued customers as well as dedicating all efforts to enrich the customer’s journey, and its alignment to the ICA strategy for implementing its operational plans. On conclusion of his visit, Al Khaili urged everyone to contribute to generating creative ideas and innovative solutions for improving the work environment and developing the mechanisms of services delivery in a way that reaches employees and customers’ satisfaction.
