Nasser Al Mazrouei, EIDA Executive Director of Centers Operation Sector, inspects the work progress at EIDA’s Customer Happiness Center annexed to “Capital” annexed to PMC at Al Jazira Club.
During the inspection, Mr. Al Mazroui with Ismail Fadlallah, Manager of Customer Happiness Centers, met the Center’s employees and customers, and listened to their comments on the progress of the work and their proposals for improving performance and raising it to better levels.
Al Mazrouei urged the employees of the center to double their efforts to improve the level of services offered to customers, assuring the importance of cooperation and teamwork to achieve the desired goals, and thus achieving happiness to the customers and reaching their satisfaction.
