During its 6th Meeting in 2018
The Executive Affairs Board of General Directorate of Nationality in Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship has affirmed the importance of achieving the targets of KPIs in the Directorate; particularly KPIs pertaining to the development of the services provided to customers and to reach the highest levels of performance.
Brigadier Suhail Jumaa Al Khaili Acting Director-General of Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship invites all the Directorates to adopt and study all innovative ideas submitted by the employees and show keenness to implement them according to the recent international standards which has a positive impact on the corporate and individual development journey in ICA as well as its function to achieve the wise leadership’s vision to make UAE one of the most innovative countries worldwide.
The Board discussed the proposal of field visits in the General Directorate of Nationality, which aims at the immediate monitoring of work progress and employees and customer happiness by forming teamwork led by the Director-General and the concerned directors of departments, arranging a periodic visits schedule including all the centers that provide citizenship services all over the State.
The Meeting was held in presence of Brigadier Saeed Rashid Al Yumahi – Director of the Department of Nationality in Al Fujairah, Colonel Jamal Fadel Al Abdouli – Director of the Department of Nationality in Sharjah, Colonel Ali Sha’aban Al Tayer – Deputy Director of the Department of Nationality in Dubai, HE Brigadier Sameh Khalaf Al Dha’en – Advisor of Director General of the Nationality Department, and a number of the concerned directors of departments.
