The Corporate Services and Support staff at Emirates Identity Authority organized an initiative to distribute Ramadan Iftar meal, in cooperation with Abu Dhabi Traffic and Patrol Directorate and Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Humanitarian Foundation.
This initiative is deemed a part of the commitment of the Authority to its community responsibilities and its keenness to organize humanitarian initiatives that consolidate the concepts of giving and granting to its employees and staff, promote human values ??and emphasize the solidarity and compassion of the UAE Community.
The volunteers employees of the Authority, with the participation of their children, policemen and Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation employees, distributed 100 Iftar meals to drivers and road users in the vicinity of the headquarters of the Authority prior to Maghreb’s prayer, in order to participate in raising awareness of the importance of adhering to traffic rules, traffic safety and speed limits. Especially during sunset in the holy month of Ramadan, which contributes to reducing traffic accidents and preserving lives and property.
