“Sheikh Mohammed’s prudent vision and directives for all government-owned departments, organizations and companies related to the appointment of those qualified nationals directly stem from his keenness on providing convenient job opportunities to all nationals to enable them to serve their country and society and contribute to the process of building and development of our beloved state”, he added.
The Emirates Identity Authority is seeking always to recruit nationals, Al Khouri said, adding that Emiratisation at the Emirates Identity Authority rose noticeably to 99 per cent by the beginning of 2011 with respect to all the posts filled by nationals at the different departments, sections and centers of the Emirates Identity Authority.
He clarified that the diligent follow-up of His Highness Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior and Deputy Chairman of the Emirates Identity Authority, contributed to establishing an integrated Emiratisation system, which is in harmony with the directives of the prudent leadership and in line with the clear strategies that deal with Emiratisation wisely and consciously.
As Emiratisation lies at the heart of its new strategy 2010-2013, The Emirates Identity Authority has Emiratised all its leading jobs, Al Khouri said, noting that all directors, supervisors and employees at its registration centers and internal verification offices are UAE nationals and that all the jobs at the Emirates Identity Authority are devoted only to UAE nationals.
