The committee was briefed on the completed part of the first phase of the project, which saw the installation of decentralized ID card printing machines in four registration centers; namely, Musaffah and Al Wahda centers in Abu Dhabi, Al Barsha Center in Dubai and Sharjah Center.

The presentation explained the requirements of the project and the current status, which shows the execution stages and the time plan made by the Emirates Identity Authority in preparation for officially launching the project in a number of registration centers across the UAE.

Meanwhile, the Higher Management Committee agreed to form a number of dedicated working teams from the different departments and sections which would be tasked with tracking performance from beginning to end, handling all remarks and suggestions received from customers most seriously and seeking the most appropriate solutions for them as soon as possible.

The Higher Management Committee also discussed a number of agenda items for which the appropriate decisions and recommendations were made.
