His Excellency Dr. Eng. Ali Mohamed Al Khouri, Acting Director General of Emirates Identity Authority (Emirates ID), said that the wise instructions by His Highness General Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince, Deputy Commander of Armed Forces, Chairman of Emirates Identity Authority, represent a strong motive and incentive for Emirates ID team to maximize their sincere efforts and continue to give indefinitely in order to provide high quality services to the public.
During his inspection tour at Al Mushrif and Al Nahyan Registration Centers, he said that the close and continuous follow up by His Highness Sheikh Saif Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior, Emirates ID Deputy Chairman, increases the responsibility held by each and every member of Emirates ID’s family, and motivates them to give even more.
His Excellency Al Khouri called upon the staff of both registration centers, which he met during his inspection tour, to devise means to improve customer service and benefit from the training courses and workshops provided by Emirates ID in order to improve their communication skills with the public, which deserve to receive high quality services.
During his tour, in which he was accompanied by His Excellency, Hatem Al Hameli, Executive Manager for Financial Affairs; His Excellency Al Khouri reviewed the work progress at Al Mushrif and Al Nahyan Registration Centers, and instructed to take necessary actions in order to overcome all forms of obstructions that might affect performance.
